Draft for the pilot. This text is being reviewed and may change; we’ll tell pilot companies before it does.

Terms of Use

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms apply when your company uses ConfluxB2B. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.

1. Your account

Give accurate company and contact details, keep your sign-in private, and make sure the people you add are allowed to act for your company. Your company admins are responsible for the roles they give.

We verify companies before they can send documents to others, and we may decline or suspend an account that gives false details or misuses the service.

2. Your data stays yours

The records and files you create belong to your company. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. When you send a document to another company, they can see and keep that document.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use ConfluxB2B for anything unlawful, to send spam or misleading documents, to upload malicious files, or to try to access data that isn’t yours.

4. Pilot and pricing

During the pilot, companies taking part use ConfluxB2B free of charge for the agreed pilot period. Vendors and customers you invite can respond to your documents free of charge. Before any paid plan starts, we will tell you the price in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

5. The service

We work hard to keep ConfluxB2B available and correct, and we’re improving it continuously — especially during the pilot. Features may change, and the service is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond those the law requires.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, approvals and payments, and for keeping your statutory records (such as your accounting records).

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which may be nothing during a free pilot).

7. Ending use

You can stop using ConfluxB2B at any time and ask us to export or delete your company’s data. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For questions, email support@confluxb2b.com.
